Code of Practice

Kimberley Group Training considers that all employees should follow an acceptable Code of Conduct in day-to-day business activities as a means for developing a quality and continuous improvement service between all stakeholders.

The following six principals are considered the Code of Practice for Kimberley Group Training employees, board (committee) and management:

  1. Ethical, respectful and fair treatment in all relationships and business practices and other GTO's.
  2. Accurate provision of information, advice, assistance and recording.
  3. Prompt, efficient and courteous service to all stakeholders / clients.
  4. A policy and accessible process for dealing with complaints.
  5. Confidentiality and privacy.
  6. Responsible marketing and advertising.
